Flash Alert
Pueblo Cooperative Care Center uses FlashAlert (www.flashalert.net), a web-based system for delivering important schedule changes like inclement weather closures or emergencies directly to the public through FlashAlert Messenger.
If you would like to receive Pueblo Cooperative Care Center emergency information notifications, you will need to download the FlashAlert application and self-register using your primary email address. You can also add two additional email addresses and receive emergency information moments after it is posted by Pueblo Cooperative Care Center. There is no cost to you.
FlashAlert also uses an application by which the emailed information is pushed immediately to your smart phone through the app once it is downloaded to your phone. You can download the FlashAlert app from the App Store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and choose how you wish to receive the information, by text or email. You must use an internet browser other than Internet Explorer as Internet Explorer is not compatible with this service.

FlashAlert Messenger is a better option than email or text messaging and is a free iOS/Android application that lets you receive emergency messages through “Push Notifications.” Please note: FlashAlert is moving away from text messages, which need to be accepted into your carrier’s text message channel and screened for spam. Often times, cellular companies take long periods to deliver messages. Push Notifications travel a non-stop path from FlashAlert to the app on your phone. The app will allow you to see all of the recent news posted in your subscriptions. The process is simple. iOS (Apple) and Android (Samsung, Nexus, Motorola etc.) users download and open the free FlashAlert Messenger app. Enter the email address and password you just created for your FlashAlert account above and the app will link to it. The app may ask permission to send you Push Notifications and you need to allow that to occur. You can make changes to your free account at www.FlashAlertMessenger.net/login.html.
All email addresses registered on FlashAlert remain confidential. Once each year you will receive an email from FlashAlert at your registered email address asking if you wish to continue your free FlashAlert subscription.
